Acupressure: personalized hands-on sessions for healthy change

Acupressure is a hands-on practice that uses gentle pressure to stimulate key points on the surface of the body along energetic meridians, same as the acupuncture system, awakening the body’s natural self-curative abilities. The sessions are restorative, harmonizing, and energizing, and tailored to the specific inquiries and needs of each person. Acupressure is an umbrella term for multiple ancient healing practices based on Chinese medicine, Five Elements theory, and Taoist energetics that have been used for over 5000 years. After the first decade of studying Wild Goose qigong, a medical qigong practice, Margit formally studied Chinese energetics and acupressure at The Acupressure Institute in Berkeley CA. Margit received an Acupressure Certificate in 2010, and continued to study through Da Yuan Circle, the Chi Nei Tsang Institute, and with other individual practitioners and teachers. Margit is continually incorporating related studies in Taoist health and philosophy within the Vivid Grove to enhance this acupressure practice.
