Movement clarity and physical intelligence are inherent capacities each conscious living being can access. They offer agency, intentional action, unique movement, and grace. Somatic and movement forms can offer support for movement wisdom. In my life of practice, I have followed many movement paths and stuck with the ones that felt potent and coherent, sometimes offering a cosmology. When a person is clear in their intention and attention, their movement and ideas have impact in their daily life. When a person practices a movement form over time, their movement is enriched by that particular form. As a Feldenkrais practitioner, I find that after practicing the somatic method over time, access becomes more rapid; my attention, movement, ideas, dreams find clarity. Sometimes through forms such Feldenkrais, qigong, Material for the Spine, I have access to better choices in all aspects of life. In a sense movement clarity and physical intelligence have proven to be a living equaniminous "health insurance" system that afford a person to stay healthy and well, to bounce back from challenges more reasilty, and affect cliarity, attention and intention in so many facets of life.
