Late 2022 marks the beginning of the first year-long Somatic Movement Teacher Training, directed by Jessica Lu. Through this project, margit is a lead educator and has supported the vision and coordination in facilitating students in China in a movement teachers training, along with the movement educators and artists: Mary Ganzon, Haoyang Li, Siwen Bo, and Carol Swann. Several other movement artists are involved as private session faculty.

The training is centered around Amerta Movement, along with the support of many other movement forms, including the Feldenkrais Method, Tuning Scores, and interdisciplinary embodied practices, and movement dialogue. This is a 200-hour community-centered training, meeting both virtually and online. It offers movement experience, practices for reflection, pedagogical tools, and individual and group support.
