Constellating

Constellating refers to both a general practice of making connections between things, to an interconnectivity and relationality that values each aspect equanimously. It is also a movement-based practice as stimulated through Suprapto Suryodarmo's Amerta Movement, and is a practice that fuses a sense of daily life, performance, and human actualization in context. In workshops, friendship, and private sessions, we might map, draw, converse and move, utilizing multiple modes to experience the richness that grows from the conversations between aspects of an idea, a project, a thought, and more. I teach workshops specifically in constellating, am writing on this, and it is embedded in principles throughout the grove.
